- All orders are uniquely fabricated for customer's specifications. Once production has commenced or is finalized, order cancellation cannot be accommodated. To initiate an order cancellation for a product entered the production phase, a formal written request via email is required. Case cancellations may result in charges applicable to the portion or entirety of the case that has processed through the manufacturing process.
- KNK Dental Solution has right to refuse service to any customer who does not agree to company's policy. Sending a case to KNK Dental Solution agrees to the terms of the Remake & Warranty Policy of KNK Dental Solution. In the event a customer cancels an order, the customer agrees to pay KNK Dental Solution for all costs and expenses incurred by KNK Dental Solution in relation to the day of receipt of the cancellation notice.
- Products received is different from what ordered online, Product is clearly defective or came out wrong shade/material are returnable.
- Changes or additions to cases will result in additional charges.
- Modifications or additions to original RX will involve extra charges.
- Please note that we do not provide a shipping label for cases sent to our office for repair.
- Our team will contact you to discuss further of return process.

- We do not offer return shipping labels. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The arrival time of the exchanged product may vary depending on chosen shipping method. In case of sending back a product valued more than $75.00, we recommend using a trackable delivery service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
